HomeMy WebLinkAboutSterling Ridge City Council presentationSTERLING RIDGE SUBDIVISION—ANNEXATION & PRELIMINARY PLAT 1 STERLING RIDGE SUBDIVISION—ANNEXATION & PRELIMINARY PLAT Zoning Map Comprehensive Plan Map The applicant/developer is requesting to annex portions of the subject properties into the City of Caldwell. -Consider requiring annexation of out parcels * the parcels will be enclaved by the City * enclaved properties are counter to good planning and orderly development and pose issues for emergency services response * Some of the property owners have agreed to annex if required to otherwise they will not annex. * Potentially condition the annexation of Steve Roedel out parcels (7 plus acres) on future development of his property and/or adjacent properties to the north. If the property is annexed as proposed two enclaved areas, approx. 10.5 acres and 1.76 acres (12.26 acres), five residential properties will remain within the county jurisdiction surrounded by the City.
