To whom it may concern,
My Name is Michael Morales, Owner of Double M Construction, LLC. I have been in
business since 2004 and have been familiarized with the market for new construction as
well as the housing market. Having this knowledge has motivated me to build affordable
living spaces for those who aren’t able to qualify on purchasing their own home, or for
those who are saving up financially until they are ready. I currently have two sets of
duplexes in the Caldwell area that have had a positive impact causing Caldwell’s
community to grow. With having the experience of building and maintaining Duplexes I am
applying for the city of Caldwell to allow us for a special use permit to be able to build a
duplex. This new construction will take place at 0 Rochester Rd, Caldwell (Parcel
R0338901000). With all this said, all requirements will be met. The 9,000 sq ft and all the
parking will be inside the property lot with an extra parking lot per unit. Hopefully with this
in order it has answered all questions and concerns. If you have questions, please do not
