MOTION CARRIED REVIEW OF PROCEEDINGS (OPENING STATEMENT) Chair Zamora opened the public hearing and outlined the public hearing procedures. Chair Zamora proceeded to public hearing items on the agenda. OLD BUSINESS: There were none. NEW BUSINESS: ACTION ITEM: Public Hearing (Quasi-Judicial): Case Number SUP24-000007: GHM Architects, on behalf of Caldwell Commercial LLC and Yiska LLC, is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit for a 15,320 square foot, four-story, 51’ foot tall climate-controlled storage facility. The site will include a sales office for rentals and packing materials, dedicated loading and unloading bays, and 24-hour access for patrons. The subject parcel R3089901200 (4.52 acres) is located on west side of Cleveland Blvd, approximately 348-feet NW of the intersection of E Homedale Road and Cleveland/Caldwell Blvd in Caldwell, Idaho. Staff Presentation: Deputy Director, Morgan Bessaw, 205 S. 6th Ave., Caldwell, Idaho presented the staff report, outlining its contents by use of a PowerPoint presentation. • Revised landscaping plan prior to issuance of a building permit • Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, complete all landscaping for entire parcel or shall have approval and recordation of a short plat • Complete all landscaping on the adjusted parcel • Signage must be applied for and reviewed by city staff in a separate application.
