A parcel of land being a portion of Parcel A as shown in Record of Survey Inst. No. 2022-031749,
records of Canyon County, Idaho, located in the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 30, T. 4 N., R. 2 W.,
B.M., Canyon County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast corner of said Parcel A, witnessed by a 5/8” rebar/cap PLS 8960,
bearing N. 89°50’29” W., 1.00 feet;

PLS 11574 and the POINT OF BEGINNING;

position;
