of Section 15, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Canyon County, Idaho, and
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northwesterly corner of said NW ¼ of
the SW ¼, from which a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the southwesterly corner of said NW ¼ of the SW¼ bears S 0°36'50" W a distance of 1325.15 feet;
Thence along the northerly boundary of said NW ¼ of the SW ¼ N 89°56'24" E a distance of 1322.97 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the northeasterly corner of said NW¼ of the SW¼;
Thence along the northerly boundary of said E ½ of the SW¼ N 89°48'12" Ea distance of 1293.92 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin on the westerly right-of-way of S. Montana Avenue;
Thence along said westerly right-of-way S 0°36'20" W along a line being 25.00 feet westerly of and parallel to the easterly boundary of said E ½ of the SW¼ a distance of 1324.84 feet to a 5/8
inch diameter iron pin on the southerly boundary of the NE ¼ of the SW¼ of said Section 15;
Thence along said southerly boundary S 89°51 '51" W a distance of 504.36 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary S 0°36'20" W a distance of 1314.22 feet to a point on the centerline of W. Orchard Avenue;
Thence along said centerline N 79°27'07" W a distance of 881.09 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the southwesterly corner of said Government Lot 1;
Thence along the westerly boundary of said Government Lot 1 N 0°37'59" Ea distance of 1150.86 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the northwesterly corner of said Government Lot 1;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said NW ¼ of the SW ¼ S 89°51 '20" W a distance of 518.65 feet to a Brass Cap monument marking the northwesterly corner of Government Lot 2 of
said Section 15;
Thence continuing along said southerly boundary S 89°52'37" W a distance of 726.70 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the southwesterly corner of said NW ¼ of the SW ¼;
Thence along the westerly boundary of said NW ¼ of the SW ¼
N 0°36'50" Ea distance of 1325.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 104.10 acres and is subject to any easements existing or in use.
