RE: Neighborhood Meeting Notice for Project in your Neighborhood
To whom it may concern,
Toll Brothers is in the process of applying for a Special Use Permit application with the City of
Caldwell for Pradera Subdivision. You are receiving this notice because you own property within
500 feet of the subdivision.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the application, answer any questions, and listen to your
feedback and suggestions. This is not a public hearing and public officials will not be present. Once
our application has been submitted and processed, a public hearing will be scheduled.
Project Description:
We invite you to meet and review a proposal for a Special Use Permit for Pradera Subdivision to
allow for the maximum allowable building height to be increased to 30 feet. Pradera Subdivision is
located at 5502 Sparky Ave, Caldwell, ID 83605.
The In-Person Neighborhood Meeting Details are as follows:
Day: Thursday, April 25th, 2024
Time: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Location: Pradera Subdivision, 5502 Sparky Ave, Caldwell, ID 83607
