The subject site is zoned C-3 (Service Commercial) and the Comprehensive Plan land use designation is Commercial and Service. Indoor automotive storage is a permitted use and outdoor automotive storage requires a special use permit. The subject site is located on the corner of S. 38th Avenue and Cleveland Blvd, and legally addressed as 3718 Cleveland Blvd, parcel R0438900000, in Caldwell, Idaho.
