RE: Final Plat for Cedars Subdivision No 3
Dear Staff and Council:
On behalf of client Challenger Development, please accept our request for Final Plat Approval
for fourth phase of Cedars Subdivision. Cedars Subdivision is located, at southwest corner of
Homedale and Florida Ave. Phase Four has 47 buildable lots, and 6 common lots on 15.22
acres. This fourth phase has single family residential lots ranging from 8000 SF to 11,735 SF in
size. The plat includes six common lots which provide for storm drainage and street buffering
and pocket park and pathway along the Dixie Drain. This application with attachments is in
accordance with the City of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist.
