A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A QUITCLAIM DEED
FROM THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO
FOR THE LOT CONSOLIDATION OF LOTS 219 229 23 AND 24 OF BLOCK 10,
ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF CALDWELL, IDAHO.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho
accepting the above -mentioned deed made a part hereof and set forth in full.
PASSED BY THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,

Quitclaim Deed as submitted.

For the consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, a public body, corporate and politic ("Grantor"), does hereby release and forever
quitclaim unto the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, a public body,
corporate and politic ("Grantee"), whose address is 411 Blaine Street, Caldwell, Idaho 83605,
and its heirs and assigns forever, all right, title and interest which Grantor now has or may
hereafter acquire in the following described real property situated in the City of Caldwell,
Canyon County, State of Idaho, to -wit:
See Exhibit A attached and incorporated by this reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said real property, together with all
appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments, reversions, remainders, rents, issues, profits,
rights -of -way, and water rights in anywise appertaining to the real property herein
described, as well in law as in equity, unto Grantee, and to its heirs and assigns forever.
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, is prepared, executed, delivered, and recorded for the purpose of
documenting a consolidation of adjacent lots pursuant to the codes and requirements of the City
of Caldwell, Idaho.
