RE: Mandalay Ranch Subdivision No. 6 Final Plat
On behalf of Lennar Homes, we are submitting the Mandalay Ranch Subdivision No. 6 Final Plat for
review and approval. In accordance with the submittal checklist, we are submitting all required
documents online and can submit paper copies if required.
The final plat conforms with the approved preliminary plat, all pertinent portions of the City Code and
Standards, and includes all required information. Mandalay Ranch No. 6 includes 28 residential lots
and zero common lots. It is the 6th phase of development with an area of approximately 5.91 acres. No
open space is proposed within this phase as most of the required open space has already been
constructed in previous phases.
