The parcel is zoned M-1, Light Industrial. Two of the seven units are constructed; the other five (5) units have submitted building permit applications. The subject parcel is located on the northeast side of E. Chicago St., approximately 1,200 feet southeast of the intersection with N. 21st. Ave., in Caldwell, Idaho.
