REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB24-000009: Epic Development is requesting approval of a
short plat application for seven (7) industrial condominium units. The parcel is zoned M-1, Light Industrial. Two of
the seven units are constructed; the other five (5) units have submitted building permit applications. The subject
parcel is located on the northeast side of E. Chicago St., approximately 1,200 feet southeast of the intersection with
N. 21st. Ave., in Caldwell, Idaho.
