An 8" water main will be installed along the proposed private road and connectto the existing 8" water main on E. Chicago St. The proposed water main shall be installed at an 8' horizontal offset and at a minimum 18"vertical offset from the proposed sewer main that will be located along the road centerline.2.Sanitary sewer service will be provided by the City of Caldwell. The property will be served by an 8" public sewer extension to the sewertrunk on E. Chicago St; individual lots to be provided a service from the proposed public main. The proposed sewer location is along thecenterline of the proposed private road.3.Water and sewer line sizes and locations are preliminary and will be refined during final design.4.All domestic water mains and sanitary sewer will be installed in accordance with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and City ofCaldwell requirements.5.Storm drainage shall be collected and routed to storm retention facilities that meet the City of Caldwell's requirements.
