The City of Caldwell code 10-03-12 requires that prior to applying, the applicant provides an
opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of the proposal and the property owners within
300 feet. This is and invitation to a neighborhood meeting concerning property located on
Chicago Street between N 21st Avenue and Sparrow Avenue, Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho.
A vicinity map depicting the proposed layout is enclosed.

The applicant, Epic Industrial Chicago, LLC, will be requesting approval of an Industrial Park

constructed for sale or lease for industrial use. A site plan depicting the proposed layout is
