I am writing to express my wholehearted support for Devco Residential Group (DRG) and their endeavors in considering an opportunity to develop within the City of Caldwell. Having had the privilege of working closely with the DRG team, I can attest to their unwavering dedication and commitment to the success of their projects.
The Caldwell Economic Development Department is excited by the prospect of DRG contributing to
the development landscape of our City. We extend our full support to their efforts in creating a quality, affordable residential project that aligns seamlessly with our goal of revitalizing the area in which the site is located.
DRG's track record of excellence in previous projects is commendable and resonates well with our objectives for the Caldwell community. This proposed project holds significant promise, not only offering hard-working families the chance to realize the dream of affordable living but also strategically
located close to employment opportunities in the Industrial Way, Sky Ranch, and North Ranch Business Parks.
The project's commitment to providing quality and affordable housing is particularly timely, addressing
the pressing need for such opportunities within our growing workforce. The site's accessibility to jobs, services, I-84, and highway corridors makes it an ideal location for a residential project that will undoubtedly add substantial value to the area.
