Hello Justin and Katie.
Here are the maps of the new description that Justin Felt at Diamond Land Surveying sent me this morning.
The map is pretty self-explanatory.
This is how our current GIS looks like.
The proposed boundary I drew out is in red or yellow depending on the map.
The two parcels involved for the Dome Church are in green as their boundaries are as of now.
Obviously you see the right of way that has not been vacated.
You both contacted me this morning so it worked out for me to get this drawn out for you.
I did do a redrew of the boundary along the notus canal per the 1976 deeded description we found for R02653.
I hope this helps and if you have any questions please let me know.
Hopefully this will get the ball rolling on this Dome Church project for all involved.
I have attached Dave Marston from the City of Caldwell and Christine Smith (my Supervisor).
Also DeAnn France (Plat Room Tech) who helped me research this property.
