approval/denial of the proposed Home Occupation.
The Applicant, by signing below, affirms that all the information contained in this application is true and correct, and that if they
are a renter rather than an owner of the dwelling listed in this application, that the owner of said dwelling has approved the use
of said space for a home occupation. lf this application is approved and a permit for a home occupation is issued by the City of
Caldwell, said permit has no effect on the lessor/lessee relationship between the owner and renter of a home, and said permit
does not grant any addilional rights, as between the lessor and lessee, for the use of the dwelling for home occupation
purposes. Mis-statements of fact within this application shall constitute grounds for the revocation of any permit issued
pursuant to this application.

Permit
Noeker lndustries LLC, out of the cofounder's personal residence at 11985 Goldfinch street, is a startup
company focusing on developing products and services to benefit the community and the nation. This
startup will utilize one portion of the garage of 11985 Goldfinch street in Caldwell, ldaho as a base of
operations for the development and prototyping of products and services. This is not a manufacturing
facility. lt will be used as an office space for digital design work and small prototyping. Manufacturing
will occur at another location and is contingent on adequate funding and proof of concept. There will
not be a major remodel of the home to accommodate this. Proposed days and hours of operations are
Monday-Friday 4:30PM-5:30PM and saturdays 9:00AM-5:00PM and are subject to change based on
workload and availabilitY.
