The preliminary plat for El Monterrey Subdivision was originally approved by the City Council as PUD-20P-04 on May 17, 2021 and received a time extension on June 26, 2023. The development includes 118 residential units and 12 common lots on 20.35 acres. The site is located between Lincoln Rd. and Marble Front Rd., approximately 0.25 miles east of the intersection with N. Georgia Ave., in Caldwell, Idaho.
