A separate application for ROS and Lot Consolidation was submitted previously by The Land Group. The specific properties associated with this application are highlighted in the map at right and are listed in the table below. The parcels are currently owned by Vallivue School District No. 139. The parcels are generally bounded by Happy Day Blvd, Graye Lane, Timbre Drive, and Laster Lane in the City of Caldwell, Idaho. The Vallivue Academy alternative high school occupies these parcels, and the school district plans expansion of the existing alternative school facilities onto the undeveloped portion of parcel R0253050700. This Master Plan expansion; revisions and additions commensurate to the current land use, will provide additional teaching space, required utilities, parking and drop off, landscape areas and supplementary uses to support Vallivue Academy’s academic programming allowing additional student population.
