Canyon County, Idaho. Situate in Government Lot 2 of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 3
West, Boise Meridian, Canyon County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the northeast corner of Section 2, thence along the north line of Section 2,
South 89°38'38" West, 1992.94 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 00°31'19" West, 25.00 feet to the northeast corner of lot 6;
Thence along the easterly boundary of lots 6 & 5, South 00°31'19" West, 666.50 feet southeast
corner of lot 5;
Thence along the southerly boundary of lot 5, South 89°39'45" West, 504.33 feet;
Thence North 00°31'30" East, 150.00 feet;
Thence South 89°39'45” West, 160.00 feet to the center line for S. Florida Ave. and the westerly
boundary of Government Lot 2;
Thence along the westerly boundary of Government Lot 2, North 00°31'30" East, 195.63 feet to
the easterly boundary of the existing City Limits for Caldwell as described in Ordinance No.
2919 Recorded as Instrument No. 2013-001179;
Thence continuing along the said westerly boundary and existing City Limits, North 00°31'30"
East, 345.64 feet to the center line for E. Ustick Road and the North 1/4 Corner of Section 2;
Thence continuing along the center line for S. Florida Ave. and easterly boundary of the existing
City Limits for Caldwell as described in Ordinance No. 2736 Recorded as Instrument No.
2008020111, North 00°23'35" East, 25.00 feet to the southwest corner of lot 6 Block 1 of
Upland Park Addition and the southerly boundary of the existing City Limits for Caldwell as
described in Ordinance No. 2276, passed and approved April 5th, 1999;
Thence continuing along said southerly boundary, North 89°38'38" East, 664.37 feet;
Thence South 00°31'19" West, 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
