Topaz Ranch development is located, at south west corner of KCID Road and Maple Front Road. Phase Three has 70 buildable lots, and 4 common lots on 21.88 acres. This third phase has single family residential lots ranging from 8060 SF to 12,736 SF in size. The plat includes four common lots which provide for storm drainage and street buffering and pocket park. This application with attachments is in accordance with the City of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this application.
