RE: Final Plat for Topaz Ranch Subdivision No 3
Dear Staff and Council:
On behalf of client Challenger Development, please accept our request for Final Plat Approval
for third phase of Topaz Ranch. Topaz Ranch development is located, at south west corner of
KCID Road and Maple Front Road. Phase Three has 70 buildable lots, and 4 common lots on
21.88 acres. This third phase has single family residential lots ranging from 8060 SF to 12,736
SF in size. The plat includes four common lots which provide for storm drainage and street
buffering and pocket park. This application with attachments is in accordance with the City of
Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist.
