NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on the following application request (s):
Request (s): Case Number ANN23-000016, CPM23-000011, DEV23-000004, PUD23-000006, SUB23-000042, & ZON23-000009: Brighton Development, Inc., on behalf of: DWT Investments LLC; Midland
Farms LLC; Yamamoto Properties LLC; Victor and Jean Yamamoto Living Trust; Yamamoto Farms, Inc.; and Winco Foods, LLC, is requesting Annexation and Zoning of approx. 11.47 acres to
the R-2 district; five (5) Comprehensive Plan Map Amendments totaling approx. 200.4 acres; eight (8) Rezones totaling approx. 309 acres; a Development Agreement Modification; and a
Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plat for Aviary Subdivision consisting of 471 single-family lots and 3 commercial lots on 148 acres. Total Project area is approx. 406.8 acres
of land. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval to City Council on February 28, 2024 with modifications to include additional conditions of approval.

Hearing Date, Time, Location: Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 6:00pm @ the Caldwell Police Department Community Room, 110 S. 5th Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho.
Public Testimony: All public testimony in favor, neutral or in opposition will be heard. Comments need to be received eight (8) days prior to the hearing or will be presented as late
exhibits to the hearing body for consideration. Please send comments to the Planning & Zoning Department at PZ@cityofcaldwell.org. Any person needing special accommodation to participate
