Aviary Subdivision name is approved. 2. Other plat names will need to be approved prior to going to Council. Address Number 1. Addressing will be assigned after the final recorded plat and CAD files have been submitted to the Mapping Dept. Street Names 1. Street names for each preliminary plat need to be approved prior to going to Council. Lot and Block Numbers 1. Lot and Block numbers for each preliminary plat need to be approved prior to going to Council. Phase Lines 2. Phase lines for each preliminary plat need to be approved prior to going to Council. Other Conditions of Approval 1. Any changes to street names, lots, blocks, or phase lines shall be approved by the Mapping Department prior to construction drawing approval for the phase where changes are intended. Comments received by the deadline date will be added to the Staff Report and to the hearing body’s packet. Your agency’s comments are an important part of our decision-making process.
