Agency Notification for a Public Hearing Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department Page 2 REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUB24-000005: Ardurra, on behalf of Brookfield Holdings Hayden II LLC, is requesting final plat approval for Shadow Glen Subdivision No. 4. The preliminary plat for Shadow Glen Subdivision was originally approved by the City Council as SUB-20P-09 on December 7, 2020 and the final plat for Phase 3 was recorded on October 23, 2023. This phase includes 39 residential lots on 10.7 acres. The site is located on the east side of Ward Rd., approximately 1,200 feet north of Linden Rd., in Caldwell, Idaho.
