RE: Shadow Glen #4 | Final Plat Application
Dear Staff and City Council Members,
Attached for your review is the Final Plat applicatfon for Shadow Glen #4. This plat has been submitted
per the City of Caldwell's Zoning Code and the approved preliminary plat of Shadow Glen Subdivision.
Phase 4 of Shadow Glen Subdivision will include 39 buildable lots and 3 common lots on on 10.69 acres.
Lot sizes range from a minimum of 7,040 SF to 9,529 SF, with an average lot size of 8,243 SF.
Constructfon will comply with the approved preliminary plat and conditfons of approval. As you
