Dear Neighbor,
Prior to submittal of a development application, the City of Caldwell requires a neighborhood meeting between the applicant
and neighbors adjacent to the proposed project. This is your notice to meet and review the proposed residential housing
project. This is not a public hearing and public officials will not be present. If you have questions, please feel free to contact

Purpose:
To conduct a neighborhood meeting to answer questions regarding the proposed residential housing development.

Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 5:00 to 5:45 PM
