Project Summary: Development of an existing 1.55 acre parcel in Canyon County. The property has an
existing single-family residence and two accessory structures that will be demolished. The anticipated
new development will consist of eight duplex townhomes, creating 16 units in total (approximately 10.7
units per acre of density). The proposed development will have approximately .72 (53.8%) acres of open
space around the craftsman, modern aesthetic homes. This project will entail planning and zoning
changes including a comprehensive plan amendment, annexation, and special use permit.
