Dear Neighbor:
You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to discuss plans for a proposed mixed use
Planned Unit Development including a partial rezone and preliminary plat. The project is located
on the south side of Hwy 20/26 between Middleton Road and Midland Boulevard in Caldwell, ID
(Parcel Numbers R3430901200 & R34297010B0). The property contains two parcels and is
approximately 118.57 acres in size. The project is proposing a mix of lot sizes and housing types
along with a commercial area on the south side of Hwy 20/26. A draft site plan will be available
for discussion at the meeting.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at 6:00pm in the Community
Room at the Caldwell Public Library located at 1010 Dearborn Street, Caldwell, ID 83605.
