Dear Planning & Zoning
The Caldwell Housing Authority (CHA) is planning to move the historic John C. Rice
house from its current location near the College of Idaho to the corner of Kimball and Chicago.
To complete this move CHA would like to merge and adjust the lot lines for the following lots
currently vacant on the corner of Kimball Ave and Chicago St. 321 N. Kimball Avenue, 0 N.
Kimball Avenue, and 0 E. Chicago Street. In doing so the lot would hold one address for the
historic house.
