A parcel of land being a portion of Lots 1, 2 and 7, Block 1 of Caldwell Crossing Subdivision, as recorded in Book 41 of Plats at Page 28, Canyon County records, within the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 24, T. 4 N., R. 3 W., B.M., City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 5/8” rebar/cap PLS 11574 marking the northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 1; Thence N. 89°24’15” E., coincident with the north line of said Caldwell Crossing Subdivision, 219.19 feet to a 5/8” rebar/cap PLS 11574; Thence leaving said north line, S. 00°35’37” E., 219.90 feet to a 5/8” rebar/cap PLS 11574 on the northerly right of way of Franklin Road (US Highway 20/26); Thence S. 89°24’41” W., coincident with said right of way, 204.15 feet to a 5/8” rebar/cap PLS 11574; Thence N. 61°09’40” W., coincident with said right of way, 11.59 feet to a 5/8” rebar/cap PLS 11574; Thence N. 13°39’39” W., coincident with said right of way, 36.40 feet to a 5/8” rebar/cap PLS 11574 on the easterly right of way of Smeed Parkway; Thence N. 00°27’28” E., coincident with said easterly right of way, 178.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
