The specific properties associated with this application are highlighted in the map at right and are listed in the table below. The parcels are currently owned by Vallivue School District No. 139. The parcels are generally bounded by Happy Day Blvd, Graye Lane, Timbre Drive, and Laster Lane in the City of Caldwell, Idaho. The Vallivue Academy alternative high school occupies these parcels, and the school district plans expansion of the existing alternative school facilities onto the undeveloped portion of parcel R0253050700. This Lot Consolidation will combine the two (2) existing parcels into a single parcel for future development.
