shown on the official plat thereon, recorded in Book 17, Page 45, records of Canyon County, located in
Government Lot 5 of Section 6, Township 3 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian & the Southeast one
quarter of the Northeast one quarter of Section 1, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian,
City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the West One Quarter corner of said Section 6, thence on the east-west mid-
section line of said Section 6, South 89° 33' 24" East, 338.87 feet, (from which point the Center-
west One Sixteenth corner of said Section 6 bears, South 89° 33' 24" East, 945.32 feet, distant);
thence leaving said east-west mid-section line, North 00° 26' 36" East, 30.00 feet, to a point
common with the northerly right of way line of Laster Lane and the southeasterly corner of said
Lot 7 AND the POINT OF BEGINNING:

feet, to a point of reverse curvature;
Thence 45.95 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 57.35 feet, a central angle
of 45° 54' 22", and whose chord bears North 69° 16' 00" West, 44.73 feet;
Thence North 46° 19' 00" West, 180.00 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence 31.41 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle
of 89° 58' 58", and whose chord bears North 01° 19' 00" West, 28.28 feet, to a point on the
southeasterly right of way line of Happy Day Boulevard;
Thence on said southeasterly right of way, North 43° 41' 00" East, 240.00 feet to a point of
curvature;
Thence 31.41 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle
of 89° 58' 58", and whose chord bears North 88° 41' 00" East, 28.28 feet, to a point on the
southwesterly right of way line of Graye Lane;
Thence on said southwesterly right of way line South 46° 19' 00" East, 280.00 feet, to the
northeasterly corner of said Lot 13;
Thence leaving said southwesterly right of way line, South 43° 41' 00" West, 140.00 feet, to a
point common with the lot corners of said Lots7, 8, & 13;

Thence South 46° 19' 00" East, 110.00 feet, to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 7;
Thence South 03° 42' 21" West, 123.02 feet, to an angle point on the east boundary line of said
Lot 7;
