HomeMy WebLinkAboutWest Haven_Proposed DA Changes Development Agreement Amendment Strike- WHEREAS, the applicant is seeking to have it rezoned to (R-1) low density residential as it comes into the City to reflect the land use activities intended for the approximately 302 acre subject property; and Replace with-WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting a zone of R-2 with a planned unit development to allow higher residential density and commercial use along State Highway 55; and ARTICLE II Strike- 2. No more than 30% of residential subdivision lots may range in size from 7000 to 8000 square feet. 70% of residential subdivisions lots must be over 8000 square feet in size. The maximum number of lots per gross acre is 2.5. Replace with- 2. Lots will range in size from 2,159 – 6,120 square feet with a planned unit development that will allow commercial property to front State Highway 55 and 55+ senior living residential dwelling units for the remainder of the project.
