Hello Sarah,I am the current owner of the property. In the documentation I showed the deed in my name.
Do I see need to fill out this form? I’ll pay for the permit. Thanks!

Also, fees have been posted and are ready to be paid. You can pay online viaCitizenserve, in person at the P&Z office or mail in a check. Unfortunately, the
City of Caldwell isn't set up for payments over the phone. Thanks!
