Hello,
I wanted to let everyone know that Solstice Subdivision has submitted an admin determination to make some changes to the approved preliminary plat. Some of these stem from issues that
Fire had with the preliminary plat and another change involves removing an alley, so I wanted to give everyone a chance to review the proposed changes before I approve them.
From a planning perspective, we think that the changes do no substantially change the intent of the originally approved preliminary plat and do not have any serious concerns. All departments
will still have a chance to approve the construction drawings and final plat as usual, this is just an additional review so that we can track that the changes are approved by staff
prior to submitting construction drawings.
