RE: Case Number SUP24-000002 Five and Co. Homes
Case Number SUP24-000002: Five & Co Homes, on behalf of Ryker Bingham, is requesting special use permit approval to construct a new duplex structure on a parcel that is zoned Hospital
District, which requires special use permit approval. The parcel is 0.15 acres, all existing structures will be removed from the site. The site is located on the west side of Fairview
Ave., approximately 150 north of logan St., in Caldwell, Idaho.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 and the notices need to be mailed on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
