Agency Notification for a Public Hearing Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department Page 2 REQUEST SUMMARY: Application Case Number(s): SUP24-000002: Five & Co Homes, on behalf of Ryker Bingham, is requesting special use permit approval to construct a new duplex structure on a parcel that is zoned Hospital District, which requires special use permit approval. The parcel is 0.15 acres, all existing structures will be removed from the site. The site is located on the west side of Fairview Ave., approximately 150 north of logan St., in Caldwell, Idaho.
