1608 Fairview Proposal
To Whom It May Concern:
We are proposing to build a duplex on the lot of 1608 Fairview. Our client and owner of the
property would like to provide the residence of Caldwell with another option for residential
living needs. The area in the hospital district is versatile by housing business and residences. We
hope this added residential option will provide short term housing options for those needing
extended stays and care at West Valley Medical Center, as well as offer a long-term rental
option for families or business professionals.
Each unit will include 2 bedrooms, an office, and 3 bathrooms. Landscaping will be low
maintenance as to conserve water and will include parking on site to lower the parking need on
the street. We will be working with all utility components of the build to include updating any
infrastructure as to accommodate our new construction structure. Our exterior design goal is a
clean, classic look that will blend it with the current look of the surrounding neighborhood.
