RE: Case Number ANN23-000009 Brothers Park Annexation
Case Number ANN23-000009: A request by The City of Caldwell to annex parcel R3583300000 (8.49 acres), located at 3905 S Indiana Avenue, in Caldwell, to include all adjacent rights of
way along E Ustick Road and S Indiana Avenue, with a proposed zoning of R-3 (high-density residential) which makes the zoning in conformance with the currently adopted comprehensive
plan map designation of HDR (High Density Residential). The site is currently being used as a public park known as Brothers Park. There is no proposed changes to the land use and
no proposed additional development. The property is located on the NEC of E Ustick Road and S Indiana Avenue in Caldwell, Idaho
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
