The following land use case is scheduled to be heard before the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission on June 14, 2023 at 6:00 pm. CASE NO. ANN23-000009: A request by The City of Caldwell to annex parcel R3583300000 (8.49 acres), located at 3905 S Indiana Avenue, in Caldwell, to include all adjacent rights of way along E Ustick Road and S Indiana Avenue, with a proposed zoning of R-3 (high-density residential) which makes the zoning in conformance with the currently adopted comprehensive plan map designation of HDR (High Density Residential). The site is currently being used as a public park known as Brothers Park. There is no proposed changes to the land use and no proposed additional development. The property is located on the NEC of E Ustick Road and S Indiana Avenue in Caldwell, Idaho The City is seeks comments from outside agencies, including City of Caldwell internal departments.
