The site is currently being used as a public park known as Brothers Park. There is no proposed changes to the land use and no proposed additional development. The prop-erty is located on the NEC of E Ustick Road and S Indiana Avenue in Caldwell, Idaho. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we invite interested par-ties to participate in public hearings either electronically or in person. If you have a cough, fever, or are not feeling well, please contact Planning & Zoning staff to arrange participa-tion remotely. The City of Caldwell follows the CDC guidelines to allow for distancing in the public meeting area and provide masks/hand sanitizer on site. During the reg-istration process, you will be asked what item on the agenda you wish to speak about. Please use the case number as listed within the written notice.
