The site is currently being used as a public park known as Brothers Park. There is no proposed changes to the land use and no proposed additional development. However, the proposed zoning of R-3 (High density residential) makes the zoning in conformance with the currently adopted comprehensive plan designation of HDR (High Density Residential) The request is for annexation of land only and does not include approval of any future proposed development.
