HomeMy WebLinkAboutPROJECT NARRATIVEPROJECT NARRATIVE The City of Caldwell is requesting approval to annex parcel R3583300000 (8.49 acres), located at 3905 S Indiana Avenue, in Caldwell, to include all adjacent rights of way along E Ustick Road and S Indiana Avenue, with a proposed zoning of R-3 (high-density residential). The site is currently being used as a public park known as Brothers Park. There is no proposed changes to the land use and no proposed additional development. However, the proposed zoning of R-3 (High density residential) makes the zoning in conformance with the currently adopted comprehensive plan designation of HDR (High Density Residential)
