The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the project, answer any questions, and listen to your feedback and suggestions. Meeting Date: Friday, May 5, 2023 Meeting Time: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm Meeting Location: City of Caldwell Development Services, 621 Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, Idaho Project Summary : A request by the City of Caldwell, annex parcel R3583300000 (8.49 acres), located at 3905 S Indiana Avenue, in Caldwell, to include all adjacent rights of way along E Ustick Road and S Indiana Avenue, with a proposed zoning of R-3 (high-density residential). The site is currently being used as a public park known as Brothers Park. There is no proposed changes to the land use and no proposed additional development. However, the proposed zoning of R-3 (High density residential) makes the zoning in conformance with the currently adopted comprehensive plan designation of HDR (High Density Residential) The request is for annexation of land only and does not include approval of any future proposed development.
