Case Number CPM22-000003/ZON22-000002/SUP22-000007: A request by Hunter Christensen of Blue Terra Development on behalf of Ralph Russi, to a amend the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Map designation
from Manufacturing and Production to Commercial & Service for parcels R35321 (approximately 14.31 acres) and R35312010 (approximately 6.88 acres). Concurrently a request for a Rezone
from M-1 (Light Industrial) to C-3 (Service Commercial). Concurrently a request for a Special Use Permit for Bridgepoint RV Park, consisting of 260 RV pads. This property is located
in the APO 1 Zone. The subject property is located approximately 1,400 feet northwest of the E Chicago St and E Linden St intersection.
This case is scheduled to be presented before the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
