The subject property is currently in the county and has a Comprehensive plan designation of Medium Density Residential. The subject properties are located approximately 300’ from the corner of Celeste Ave and Moss St in Caldwell, Idaho. This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 and the notices need to be mailed on Friday, August 26, 2022.
