The subject property is currently in the county and has a Comprehensive plan designation of Medium Density Residential. The subject properties are located approximately 300’ from the corner of Celeste Ave and Moss St in Caldwell, Idaho. This case is scheduled to be presented before the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 7:00 pm.
