HomeMy WebLinkAboutHearing 3-8-23_HENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Caldwell Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, beginning at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Community Room of the Caldwell Police Department, 110 S. 5th Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho in order to hear the following: Case Number SUP22-000030: A request by Greg Urrutia of New Beginnings Housing, on behalf of SRB Seven LLC @@, for approval of a special use permit for the 2nd phase of the Westview Lofts Family Community. This second phase will include two (2) three-story walk-up buildings comprised of 30 total housing units (26 units of affordable workforce rental housing and four (4) units of market rate housing), with twelve (12) 3-bedrooom units, twelve (12) two-bedroom units, and six (6) 1-bedroom units. The site is located at 4713 Enterprise Way (Parcel R1489512700) in Caldwell, Idaho. This application is Phase II of a project started back in 2019, during which time residential was a specially permitted use in a C-3 Zone. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we invite interested parties to participate in public hearings either electronically or in person. If you have a cough, fever, or are not feeling well, please contact Planning & Zoning staff to arrange participation remotely. The City of Caldwell follows the CDC guidelines to allow for distancing in the public meeting area and provide masks/hand sanitizer on site. Virtual Participation Option: Register in advance to provide public comments electronically or by telephone. During the registration process, you will be asked what item on the agenda you wish to speak about. Please use the case number as listed within the written notice. On-line registration must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Click on the green “public meetings” button on the center of the page. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the virtual meeting.
