Dear Caldwell Hearing Examiner,
The Westview Lofts development is within the Skyway Elementary boundaries.
Unfortunately, a bond for a longterm solution to alleviate the capacity for elementary
schools in the Vallivue School District failed twice in 2022. Currently, the Vallivue
School District does not have an approrioate solution in sight to serve elementary
students in the district.
