HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Appeal request - Skyview Villas - case no ANN23-000006 CPM23-000002 SUP23-000009Hi Andrew, I have heard back from our attorney and unfortunately, after review of the request for reconsideration, they have stated that since the property is outside the city limits, the city has no jurisdiction to “reconsider” any zoning, SUP, comp plan, or other action under LLUPA and has advised us not to process your request for reconsideration. Staff has spoken with legal counsel, and while a requests for Category A annexations do not qualify for reconsideration, you may request reconsideration for the denial of your Comprehensive Plan Amendment application. Please review the code language attached, which was recently adopted by the City and is not yet incorporated into the code online, for details on what you must include in your written request. Once we have received your letter we will schedule it for a Council hearing. Please let me know if you have any questions.
