You're welcome to use this email in your conversations with the City.
Reclamation is amenable to a proposed walking pathway encroachment in the Wilson Drain easement
provided that there remains a minimum of 25ft distance from the top of bank on the drain that remains
unobstructed. This will be dependent on site conditions and size of the drain as centered on the 110ft
easement. A formal encroachment agreement will need to be in place before any construction.

Good morning Bryan,
I met with Dave from Pioneer onsite Monday to discuss the access road and creating a pathway in the existing easement
along the Wilson Drain. I don’t like being a pest but the City of Caldwell is all over me to get a letter from you or PID
indicating a pathway will be most likely acceptable in this location before tomorrow. Yes I understand this is short
notice.
